Job Summary:
As a Data Steward on the Reporting Application team, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and usability of critical business data. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality data, support data governance initiatives, and ensure accurate integration and documentation of product and supplier data.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for business-facing data, including products and suppliers.

  • Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple sources, partnering with stakeholders to identify and resolve data gaps.

  • Maintain and update the Data Dictionary and create clear documentation for data definitions and processes.

  • Review brand standards and translate product data into standardized templates.

  • Analyze and understand data flows across systems; examine data mappings and provide recommendations.

  • Monitor data quality and help define metrics for ongoing evaluation.

  • Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from the data warehouse.

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, or related field – or equivalent work experience.

  • 1–2 years of experience in data stewardship, data analysis, or similar roles.

  • 1+ year of experience using Master Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica).

  • 1–2 years of experience writing and executing Microsoft SQL queries.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience supporting data entry, quality, and operational best practices.
