IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join one of our top clients in Alpharetta, GA. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Corporate Trainer:

Develop and implement training programs for employees, focusing on technical or product-related topics

Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training initiatives

Create engaging learning materials and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva
-
Collaborate with team members to assess training needs and effectiveness
-
This role is a contract-to-hire or direct hire position, with a standard work schedule of 8-5PM, four days a week onsite
Required Skills for Corporate Trainer:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training/adult learning

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva

Preferred: Experience in the Fintech or Merchant Services sector

Preferred: Professional Certification such as APTD, CPTD, CPTM, or other recognized training certification
