IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for one of our top telecom clients. This is a 3 to 6 month contract role with potential to convert to permanent. This position is fully onsite for 5 days a week in Englewood, CO. Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Associate:
- Act as the first point of contact for high-volume hiring needs.
- Review resumes to assess basic qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to evaluate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule qualified applicants for hiring interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Associate:
- Either entry level recruiting experience, customer support experience or call center experience
- High volume phone experience
- HS diploma

Compensation Details: $23.84/hr W2
