Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator:
– Serve as a key member of our client's HR team in a 3-month contract-to-hire role
– Administer benefits and coordinate recruiting efforts within a large enterprise environment
– Maintain strict confidentiality and high attention to detail in all HR-related tasks
– Utilize HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline HR processes and procedures
– Collaborate with a diverse, team-oriented workforce to achieve organizational goals
Required Skills for HR Coordinator:
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a large enterprise or corporate environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Greenhouse, etc.)
– Strong understanding of benefits administration and recruiting coordination
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation details: 30-35/hour
