Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager II:
– Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring successful change management and regular project status reviews
– Utilize and adapt Corporate PM tools to meet project needs
– Develop and refine templates, tools, and guidelines for program documentation and execution
– Ensure compliance with approved Government, Corporate, and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes
– This is a 5-month contract position
Required Skills for Program Manager II:
– Proficient leadership abilities and experience in project team mentoring
– Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
– Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
– Ability to learn and utilize Corporate PM tools
– Bachelor's degree in Business, or technical related discipline and typically 5-12 years of experience or Masters in Engineering, Aviation or Management and typically 5-12 years of program management experience

Compensation Details: $59.69/hr W2
