- Provide strategic communications consultation and guidance to department chairs, operations managers, and Allied Health Supervisors.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and measure communication strategies to advance organizational mission, strategic plans, and business goals.
- Manage internal and external communications, including media relations, digital content, and staff engagement.
- Oversee projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
- Maintain and modernize internal communications, including newsletters and digital platforms.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements and act independently to support organizational strategies.
- Adapt to changes while fostering positive relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic communications or a related field.
- Proven expertise in:
- Media relations and social media management.
- Digital content creation and communication planning.
- Writing, editing, and presenting to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Details: $38.13/hr
