Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Project Manager – NPD:
- Manage the full project management cycle, including project planning, progress tracking, team coordination, task assignment, budget management, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and quality control
- Oversee projects focused on complex manufactured products within a manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Required Skills for the Project Manager – NPD:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven Project Management experience
- Strong experience in managing projects within the manufacturing industry, particularly those focused on complex products
- Excellent team coordination and task management skills
- Proficient in budget management, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and quality control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
