Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Specialist:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities to ensure alignment with Mayo Clinic's mission and strategic business objectives.
- Manage complex, cross-functional marketing technology projects from concept through execution, ensuring successful outcomes and measurement of results.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies based on market research, target audience insights, and business needs.
- Provide expert marketing consultation to internal stakeholders and represent the marketing team on key institutional committees, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment..
Requirements for the Senior Marketing Specialist:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field which may include liberal arts business marketing healthcare or similar field plus 5 years professional experience in marketing or a related field.OR a master's degree in a related field (MBA preferred) with 3 years professional experience in marketing or a related field..
- 4+ years of WorkFront Experience
- 4+ years of managing projects with an Agile Approach
- Agency Background strongly preferred

Compensation Details: $37.08/hr W2
