Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant II :
– Day-to-day management of the executive's schedule, anticipating critical events and needs in a fast-paced environment
– Reading and routing correspondence, drafting responses, and assisting with email management as needed
– Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and corporate events
– Handling extensive travel bookings, including cars, flights, hotels, and trains
– Establishing and maintaining administrative procedures, working under pressure and prioritizing tasks effectively
Required Skills for Executive Assistant II :
– Minimum of 3 years of executive assistance experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives
– Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
– Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify solutions
– Strong proficiency in Outlook and other Microsoft Office Products
– Advanced knowledge of travel logistics and itinerary planning
– Experience in the music or entertainment industry is highly preferred
