IDR is seeking a IT Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients in Lawrenceville, GA. Position Overview & Responsibilities for the IT Systems Analyst :
- Provide Tier 1 desk-side support to internal customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and a positive service experience.
- Collaborate as part of a project team responsible for hardware removal and deployment of new mobile devices, including laptops and monitors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Apps for Business.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and consistently demonstrate reliability and job performance.
- Apply ITIL knowledge to manage IT services and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills for the IT Systems Analyst :
- College degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or laptop configuration and deployment.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows 10.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Business deployments.
- Proficiency in resolving end-user software application, PC, and web browser errors.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
