Adobe Workfront Fusion Tech Lead
- Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
- Location: Remote
- C2C Pay Rate: $75/HR
Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Workfront Fusion workflows and integrations.

Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions with a strong emphasis on code quality.

Guide and mentor a distributed or offshore development team, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and best practices.

Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and development standards.

Rapidly iterate on platform features while maintaining a high bar for performance and scalability.

Serve as the subject matter expert in Adobe Workfront Fusion and its ecosystem, staying up to date on emerging technologies and trends.

Manage development lifecycle activities including sprint planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and CI/CD deployment.

Develop reusable components, templates, bundles, and workflow modules within Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, including architecture, customization, and integration.

Expertise in building and managing Fusion templates, custom bundles, widgets, and dialogs.

Strong background in web and application development with knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery, Bootstrap. Bonus for experience in Angular, React, or Vue.

Proficient in REST API development, with experience integrating third-party systems and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Solid understanding of AEM architecture, Sling Models, Sightly (HTL), OSGi, JCR, and DAM.

Experience managing multi-site environments, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Adobe Cloud, AWS) and DevOps/CI-CD tools.

In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, Target).

Working knowledge of security best practices, permission/user group management in Workfront Fusion.
