Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Working closely with team members to gather input and ensure that the updated documentation aligns with their understanding of processes and workflows.
- Developing new workflows or updating existing ones to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Thorough examination of all existing documentation to identify areas that require revision or clarification.
- Creating new documentation where necessary to address gaps in coverage or provide additional information.
Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field.
- 5 + years of tools Knowledge of IT networking concepts
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite (with strong Excel)
- CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis.
