IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Income Tracking Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Santa Monica, CA. This role involves maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, reconciling deal tracking records, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to collect unpaid monies. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Income Tracking Coordinator :

Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, including updating the tracking system of terms and release dates

Assisting in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses

Reconciling the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments

Interfacing and communicating both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies

Maintaining and organizing files, including all relevant correspondence in the computer-based licensing system
Required Skills for Income Tracking Coordinator :

Ability to work under time constraints and multi-task effectively

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Interest in process improvement and automation

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience in income tracking, unpaid collections, tracking 3rd party and vendor payments, working with royalties and licenses, and within the music/entertainment industry
