IDR is seeking an Application Development Manager to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX! The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the enterprise retail space!
Position Overview for the Application Development Manager:
Our client is seeking an Applications Development and Support Manager within our gas station and convenience store business. This position will be managing a team of 7 developers and application support engineers. Will need a strong background working with enterprise level companies in the retail operations technology environment. The current team supports Verifone and Gilbarco POS, store MG’s, internet, phones, back-office PC, integrating self-checkouts, CRIND limit changes, Trendar/Comdata POS, as well as various applications.
Desired Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in a retail operations technology environment (Retail point of sale experience preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing people in software development and application support engineering positions
- Previous hands-on experience with SIEM solutions and ITIL processes
- Experience with ERP such as PDI
- Experienced with various programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, SQL on Microsoft SQL server. (Using Microsoft Visual Studio targeting windows)
