IDR is seeking an Intermediate PC RefreshTechnician for one of our top Healthcare clients in Pasadena, CA. This is a 2 year contract role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and basic desktop and networking issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and tablets, and address network communication problems and peripheral issues.
- Assist with the deployment process, including asset receipt, equipment staging, deployment execution, and updating asset management systems.
- Perform data transfer and recovery, email administration, and prepare assets for disposition, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to technical manuals and instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma and 2 years of professional customer service experience supporting PC and Macintosh desktop computing hardware.
- Skills must include knowledge of Operating Systems and configuration, hardware configuration, and software installation.
- 2+ years in a client – facing role ( working with clinical staff, asset inventory)
- Experience dealing with over 5 daily pc refreshes/ 25 weekly pc refreshes

Compensation Details: $23.43/hr W2
