Join one of our top clients in Memphis, TN for an exciting opportunity as a Global Foundation Support Analyst focused on the Asia Pacific Region. In this pivotal role, you’ll help enhance the fundraising and organizational capacity of our client’s international partners across APAC.
As the secondary point of contact for global foundation partners, you’ll provide critical support to Senior Regional Liaisons, contributing to the success of global programs and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain current knowledge of revenue trends, educational priorities, and challenges across the Asia Pacific region.

Support programming efforts by providing region-specific language and cultural insights.

Assist in planning and executing foundation assessments; participate in strategic workshops.

Draft assessment reports and collaborate with Senior Regional Liaisons on strategic growth plans for senior leadership.

Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and global alliance members to develop coaching and shadowing opportunities.

Support internal operations and workflows across the Global team.

Manage logistics for international travel, workshops, and events both onsite and abroad.

Facilitate regular communications with assigned foundation partners, including monthly calls and updates on new programs.
Qualifications:
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.

Proven ability to navigate complex environments and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders.

Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
-
Experience working in global or multicultural settings; strong cultural awareness specific to Asia Pacific.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Experience in data entry, administrative support, and note-taking for leadership teams.

Knowledge of fundraising, operations, marketing, or public relations is a plus.
Language Skills:
Fluency in any of the following languages is strongly preferred:
Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Bahasa (Indonesian/Malay), Vietnamese, or Thai.
Candidates who meet the language criteria may be considered even if they have less experience than preferred.
