Position Overview
- Our client is looking for a highly motivated and creative Design Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative digital experiences.
- This role combines strong technical skills with a keen eye for design to create intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces.
- The ideal candidate has experience working in commercial digital product spaces and thrives in cross-functional environments.
Required Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

3+ years of experience in a Creative Technologist, Design Engineer, or Front-End Developer role

Background in commercial digital product, automotive, or tech environments
-
Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Compose or SwiftUI
-
Experience with frameworks like React or Vue.js

Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Origami, Figma, or Framer
-
Understanding of design systems and component libraries

Strong design sensibility with attention to visual detail and usability

Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams

Compensation Details: $55-60/hr W2
