Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior React/Nextjs Engineer:

Work on large-scale, customer-facing websites and/or mobile apps using React and Next.js

Contribute to and lead ongoing greenfield and modernization initiatives

Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering squads in an Agile environment
-
Profile and optimize frontend performance using tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, etc.

Debug and refactor existing code, identifying technical deficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Support the build and maintenance of API integrations (e.g., Search API, Fulfillment API)
-
Optionally contribute to mobile app features using React Native
Required Skills for Senior React/Nextjs Engineer:

5+ years of professional experience with React.js and Next.js
-
Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale customer-facing websites

Strong understanding of SSR/CSR concepts and modern web optimization strategies
-
Experience with core application development (not just component-level work)
-
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional squads

Local to Nashville or willing to work onsite 2+ days/week
