Job Title: Corporate Compliance Manager
Location: Onsite in Denver (Hybrid – Minimum 2 Days per Week in Office)

We are looking for a Manager, Corporate Compliance to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that  the business practices and arrangements with referral sources are compliant with federal fraud, waste, and abuse laws, as well as other healthcare regulations.
What You’ll Do:
As a Manager, Corporate Compliance, you will:

  • Review and assess compliance risks in proposed arrangements with referral sources to ensure alignment with company policies, including fair market value, business rationale, and partner selection criteria.
  • Evaluate compliance for various agreements, including medical director agreements, personal services agreements, transactions, and leases.
  • Advise business leaders on compliance with federal healthcare industry laws and regulations, with a strong focus on preventing fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to identify and resolve compliance issues.
  • Prioritize and manage compliance reviews and projects in alignment with business needs and changing priorities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, regulatory attorneys, and business attorneys to ensure low-risk agreements with referral sources.
  • Work closely with business leaders to embed compliance principles into strategic decisions and daily business practices.
  • Manage special compliance-related projects as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. A JD, LLM, or MSL is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in healthcare legal or compliance roles. Strong knowledge of healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

    Pay Transparency: 85-110k/year
