Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog

• Communicate vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint

• Identify competing priorities, work to resolve and effectively escalate when needed

• Elicit requirements using various methods and proactively collaborate with business operations

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog review and prioritization, and retrospective activities

• Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, support teams, and agent community

• Assist in analyzing requirements, policies, and customer needs against system capabilities and functions to determine gaps

Required Skills for Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 3-5 years of direct work experience in a business process analysis capacity

• Prior experience with Agile/SCRUM

• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Visio

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
