IDR is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive
– Manage executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization
– Assist in event planning for a smaller team
– Handle expense reports using Concur or similar software
– This is a 4-month contract role, covering a maternity leave
Required Skills for Executive Assistant:
– 1-3 years of administrative assistant or office management experience, including executive calendar management and executive support
– Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
– Experience with Concur or a similar software for calendar management and expenses
– Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
– Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach

Compensation details: $23/hr W2
