IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in the Memphis, TN area.
Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the project team in planning, executing, and completing various projects within the organization. This position will involve coordinating meetings, managing deliverables, and communicating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role.
- Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain project schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying information clearly and concisely to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and nothing is overlooked.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
