Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Education Grants Coordinator:

– Support the Program Manager in coordinating and managing education grant requests, including initial reviews, thorough evaluations, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective requestors, including post-meeting communications.
– Conduct thorough reviews of education grant requests for various support types.
– Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance and process improvements.
– Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing and facilitating recurring Grant Committee meetings, tracking data, and assisting with quarterly depreciation of assets.
– This is a contract position through April 10, 2026.
– A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Required Skills for Education Grants Coordinator:

– 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare or medical education.
– Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
– Strong critical-thinking ability with a focus on improving processes.
– Excellent multi-tasking, project management, analytical, and time management skills.
– Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint programs.
– Strong professional spoken and written skills in communicating with coworkers and external grant requestors.
