Digital Production Designer

Fully onsite in Englewood, CO

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative professional who is passionate about creating pixel-perfect layouts and translating concepts into high-quality digital assets across a variety of platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage design software (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) to handle production tasks, such as versioning ads to meet different vendor specifications, which may require rearrangement and design adjustments to accommodate varying dimensions.
  • Interpret ad specification guides provided by vendor partners and apply them to branded assets.
  • Assist in making design adjustments for approval, including changes to content hierarchy, text updates, photo selection, and cropping.
  • Support the implementation of production processes and effectively communicate these processes to the relevant team members..
  • Utilize design libraries in Figma to integrate components into creative assets.
  • Follow strict file naming conventions and maintain organized file structures.
  • Prepare logos meticulously for use in various digital assets.
  • Accurately track time for tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
  • Strong proficiency in design programs including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Excellent time management and file organization skills.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and technical aptitude with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Self-managed, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Any experience with image retouching, email marketing platforms, or motion graphics is a plus!
