IDR is looking for an Data Entry Analyst to join our client's growing team in Las Colinas! If you are a detail-oriented person with great communication and organizational skills and are looking to join a great team, please apply today!
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Data Entry Analyst to assist with managing and analyzing our client's inventory. The Analyst will be completing administrative duties. This person needs to be proficient in Excel, as this will be the main tool used (navigate pivot tables and utilize the lookup formula).
Top Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Excel – specifically pivot tables and lookup formulas
- Experience with Appropriation Requests, Updating Work Orders, Creating Shipping Authorizations, maintaining freight invoices, and arranging asset transfers.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to take initiative – self-starter
- College degree or some college experience preferred
- Accounting background a plus!
