IDR is seeking a Project Engineer to join one of our top clients in Colorado Springs, CO. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Engineer:
– Provide development leadership on large scale software programs
– Shape, adapt and align the needs of customers to overall program objectives within a rapidly changing environment
– Manage software development within the System Engineering discipline
– Work with a multi-faceted, multi-company contract
– Write BOEs and deliver Engineering Change Proposals in a DoD environment
Required Skills for Project Engineer:
– U.S. Citizenship due to security clearance and government/federal contracts
– Secret Clearance
– Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years or more of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
– Experience with multi-domain level Command and Control Systems
– Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management in an Agile program

Compensation Details: $126k
