IDR is seeking a Chief Solution Architect to join one of our top clients in Annapolis Junction, MD. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Chief Solution Architect:

– Lead the development of software systems with a focus on modernization efforts in forward-leaning technology such as cloud, DevSecOps, or MLOps automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks
– Contribute to business development, including architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work
– Work with Offensive Cyberspace Operations or Computer Network Operations in support of our client's team
– Supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
– Work directly with government clients and help translate their goals into technical solutions

Required Skills for Chief Solution Architect:

– 10+ years of experience managing the development of software systems
– 5+ years of experience in software development and large-scale Agile, including Scaled Agile Framework
– Experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
– Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
– Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or CS
