Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Practice Manager:
- Oversee large IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on datacenters and network hardware
- Manage up to 20 teams, ensuring efficiency, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including both internal/external stakeholders
- Provide strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Track and report on project progress to internal governance teams
Required Skills for the Practice Manager:
- 5+ years of large IT program management experience (10+ years of IT project management experience)
- Proven track record in managing large IT infrastructure projects, particularly involving datacenters or network hardware
- Strong experience in service delivery, professional services, assurance, governance, customer satisfaction, people management, and financial management
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Prior PMO experience is highly desirable
- PMP certification is a plus
