IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Developer to join one of our top clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in designing and developing training materials for IT implementation projects. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training Developer:

Design and develop comprehensive training materials in various multimedia formats (e.g., video, e-learning modules) and document file formats (e.g., manuals, quick reference guides).

Collaborate with project teams to identify training needs, user roles, and learning objectives.

Develop and deliver training content for IT implementation projects with a minimum of 5,000 active users.

Ensure training materials align with project goals, user requirements, and system functionality.

Support the rollout of IT solutions by providing engaging and easy-to-understand training resources.

Maintain and update training materials to reflect system enhancements or changes.
-
This is a 6+ month contract position with a high likelihood of extension.
Required Skills for Training Developer:

Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience within the last 10 years designing and developing training materials for IT implementation projects.

Demonstrated experience creating training content in various multimedia formats and document file formats.
-
Proven ability to work on projects with a minimum of 5,000 active users.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-
Ability to work remotely, preferably based on the west coast.
