Candidate must be located in Washington, Nevada, Oregon, or Idaho

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Resource Representative:
 

• Work with insurance payers to research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments on behalf of our patients’ accounts

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical personnel, fellow teammates, and insurance representatives

• Use critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to determine the root cause and/or trends of non-paid claims or underpayments from insurance payers

• Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our client’s policies

• This is a contract position through 7/31/2025, operating in PST hours from 6 am to 3 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree

Required Skills for Patient Resource Representative:
 

• Healthcare and medical billing/collections/denial remediation experience

• Customer service experience

• Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Exceptional organization, written, and verbal communication skills

• Comfortability talking on the phone

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus!
