IDR is seeking a Sr. Analyst SAP Data & Reporting to join one of our top clients in Atlanta, GA.. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced data analytics and reporting solutions with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Analyst SAP Data & Reporting:

Develop and optimize data models, custom CDS Views, and ETL processes for SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and non-SAP solutions.

Create real-time analytics reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Troubleshoot and resolve data modeling or ETL issues to ensure optimal performance.

Stay current with SAP technologies, recommending and implementing innovative tools and methodologies.

Provide mentorship to junior team members and lead cross-functional project efforts.
Required Skills for Sr. Analyst SAP Data & Reporting:

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (Master's preferred).

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP and data reporting roles, including: S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in ABAP, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.

Integration Expertise: Familiarity with SAP SaaS platforms (Concur, IBP, SuccessFactors) and non-SAP tools.

Project Management: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

Other Skills: Experience with CDS Views, Fiori Apps, and advanced data visualization techniques.
