Lead Product Manager- Growth

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead Product Manager- Growth :
– Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for various products
– Set up and lead robust experimentation and A/B testing processes to drive product decisions and improvements
– Manage complex projects throughout the product development lifecycle
– Demonstrate ownership of the growth domain with quantifiable results
– This is a 6-month contract position
Required Skills for Lead Product Manager- Growth :
– At least 10+ years of product management experience, with 5 years directly related to growth and monetization
– Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for various products
– Experience in setting up and leading robust experimentation and A/B testing processes
– Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metric-based product development
– Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
