Onsite or Remote – 3 month contract to hire position
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist:
- Leverage your 3+ years of relevant experience to provide top-notch technical support for Windows and Mac environments
- Utilize your experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft SCCM, and Active Directory to manage, track, and resolve support tickets
- Demonstrate your strong customer service skills by ensuring excellent follow-up and follow-through with users
- Exhibit your ability to document customer contacts, troubleshooting steps, current status, and resolutions in detailed tickets
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet SLAs and ticket closure goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
Required Skills for IT Support Specialist:
- 3+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proven track record of exceeding ticket closure goals and SLAs
- Strong experience providing technical support for both Windows and Mac OS in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow, Microsoft SCCM, and Active Directory
- Experience supporting G Suite and Mac OS
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Compensation Details: $24.50/hr W2
