Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Infrastructure Automation Engineer:

– Building and managing project plans, organizing groups to manage personnel resources, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support the software development lifecycle
– Utilizing Linux experience using RHEL administration including networking and protocols
– Planning and scheduling multiple groups in building out construction of labs, equipment to include: rack, space, and power
– Working with CM to assure all processes are being met and captured
– Automating the buildout of VMs using Nutanix, VMWare
– Using container orchestration tools like Kubernetes to support databases and software development tools like GitLab, Nexus, as well as mission software

Required Skills for Infrastructure Automation Engineer:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Proficiency in Linux using RHEL administration including networking and protocols
– Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, shell scripting
– Current Linux certification to fulfill DoD computing environment requirement
– Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
– IAT Level II Certification
– BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject preferred
