Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Trainer:

– Delivering high-quality training to diverse groups of individuals at various levels within the organization
– Utilizing strong computer troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
– Learning new technologies quickly and efficiently
– Managing time effectively to meet training schedules and deadlines
– Traveling to various training sites as required

Required Skills for Trainer:

– Strong customer service and customer recovery skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Comfortable speaking to large groups of people at various levels, from entry-level to middle management
– Ability to quickly learn new technologies
– Great attention to detail and strong time management skills
– Reliable form of transportation to get to all of the different training sites
