IDR is seeking a Print Finisher to join one of our top clients in the print industry in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive pay and benefits. If you want to be part of a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment, apply now!

*this positions hours: 3:30pm to 12am*

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Print Finisher:

  • Safely and efficiently operate machines to complete high-quality printed materials for customers.
  • Follow job ticket instructions to convert post-press products into finished goods.
  • Set up machines to meet customer specifications and ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product meets company standards and customer requirements.
  • Inspect equipment for defects and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and operating procedures.
  • Participate in department meetings, training, and development events.

Required Skills for the Print Finisher:

  • Strong experience in machine operation, particularly in a manufacturing or print environment.
  • Basic math skills, including an understanding of metric and standard measurements/conversions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard work instructions and quality guidelines.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools for communication and basic data entry.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills for the Print Finisher:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a machine operator role.
  • Previous experience working in a print shop is a plus.

Compensation Details: 20-22/hr based on experience
