IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Dallas, TX. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr Business Analyst:
- Lead and implement transformation projects from OnPrem to Cloud, upgrading legacy applications to the latest technologies
- Collaborate with diverse teams, from Admin to C-suite, effectively communicating project updates and requirements
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Work onsite at our client's location in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for partial remote work
Required Skills for Sr Business Analyst:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years in a lead role
- Proven experience implementing projects from scratch, without the use of third-party implementers
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and articulate project requirements to diverse teams
- Techno-functional skills, with the ability to understand and communicate with technical teams
