Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training Specialist:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement training materials for a new application

• Translate complex governmental policies into process and technical documentation

• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, tracking progress and escalating issues as necessary

• Perform quality assurance reviews on training materials

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings within an agile team environment

Required Skills for Training Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in developing training materials and related documentation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and similar tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to understand and apply complex governmental policies and translate them into process and technical documentation
