Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and influential Program Manager to lead a major integration for a crucial merger, taking a large outside ambulance service from being privatized to a vital part of our client’s services. This role involves managing multiple workstreams including application integration, technology deployment, budget management, and timeline adherence. The ideal candidate will excel in guiding diverse teams toward successful project delivery in a public safety environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Management: Oversee application and technology integration as part of the ambulance service transition.
- Budgetary Oversight: Maintain an understanding of project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Timeline Adherence: Ensure project milestones are met across various deliverables.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Influence, motivate, and coordinate with multiple teams to achieve project goals.
Experience and Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, with a focus on large-scale M&A activities.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology integrations or merger/acquisition projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Additional technical certifications in infrastructure or applications are a plus.
- Experience in public safety sectors, including fire, police, or ambulance services.
