Position Overview for the Product Analytics Consultant:
Our client’s Product and ITS teams are building a new Customer Data Platform – They recently purchased Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence / Salesforce MCI and their Product Analytics team is seeking a Analytics professional to work alongside their product teams & stakeholders such as their Email marketing team & media teams to gather requirements, build effective reports, visualizations using MCI / Datorama or tableau, analyze & provide insights, and more! Individuals should have experience working within a cross-cloud salesforce environment! This individual will be consultant is responsible for building expertise around the MCI platform – strategizing, implementing, and providing best practices for building Customer data platform.
Required Skills for the Product Analytics Consultant
- 2+ years’ experience designing & implemeting Datorama / MCI
- 2+ years’ Experience with Adobe Analytics tagging, sequential segments and reporting Design
- Experience analyzing data & providing actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Experience building reporting dashboards & visualizations in MCI or Tableau – Specifically on the Email metrics, custom calculations, and metrics correlations
- Experience validating API’s and dataflows between Adobe Analytics and MCI – Specifically working with large data sets and creating cohesive stories.
