IDR is actively seeking an IT QA Analyst to join one of our best clients in the ecommerce industry for an urgent need! Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the planning and testing of the client's web applications and POS systems
- Establish test plans, strategies, and issue detailed test cases for delivering content to mobile devices, PCs, and tablets
- Participate in prioritization sessions and daily reviews across multiple departments including stakeholders, IT teams, executives, and project managers
- Serve as the Lead QA from planning to implementation of the client's self-checkout projects through Agile / Scrum processes and methodology
Position Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with JIRA within an Agile / Scrum environment
- 3+ years of QA Analyst experience in a retail / ecommerce environment
- 1+ years of working experience with POS systems, ecommerce platforms, and self-checkout solutions
- Hands-on experience with technologies including SQL and API testing using REST/SOAP
