Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst: 

• Working closely with team members to gather input and ensure that the updated documentation aligns with their understanding of processes and workflows.
• Developing new workflows or updating existing ones to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Thorough examination of all existing documentation to identify areas that require revision or clarification.
• Creating new documentation where necessary to address gaps in coverage or provide additional information.

Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field.
• 4+ years of tools like Google Docs, Word, or specialized documentation software and ability to create and analyze process diagrams (flowcharts, UML)
• Clear and concise communication skills to convey complex information in a digestible manner
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change request ticket.

Compensation Details: $49.23/hr W2
