IDR is seeking an Oracle HCM Architect to join our globally known client for a project in the retail industry. We are looking for someone with a strong expertise in all things Oracle HCM Cloud/Talent Management. If the below posting aligns with your background, please apply today!
Responsibilities for the Oracle HCM Architect
- Design and develop comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud architecture that aligns with the organization’s HR strategy and business objectives.
- Ensure that the architecture supports scalability, security, and performance requirements.
- Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless transition of data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Identify opportunities for customization and enhancements to Oracle HCM Cloud to meet specific business needs.
Qualifications for the Oracle HCM Architect
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud expertise
- Experience with Oracle Talent Management and it’s modules
- Ability to work with Project Managers to drive projects further
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including planning, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data models, and technical components, including configuration options, security models, workflows, and reporting tools.
