Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Security Architecture, IT Risk, Threat, and Compliance teams with focusing on delivering scalable and dependable IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity Services
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and innovative strategy for threat mitigation, defensive security, and risk reduction following various frameworks including NIST P and NIST CSF
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leaders of business and IT teams to support requirements for cybersecurity expertise and solutions
- Provide and lead the technical expertise and business insight to mitigate risk and ensure compliance while enhancing the growth of digital services
Position Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with progressive Cybersecurity, IT risk, and compliance including in a retail environment
- Experience securing large-scale retail environments, including digital and physical assets while implementing new security strategies
- Experience within enterprise IT risk management programs such as NIST, ISO, and FAIR
- Experience utilizing PCI, SOX, IT General Controls,, and 3rd Party risk management
