IDR has a brand-new opening with our Financial Services client for Fraud Analyst. This role will sit in Brentwood, TN and analyze current accounts for potential fraud. If you are looking to join a global organization, apply today!
 
Responsibilities of the Fraud Analyst:

  • Assist Risk Management team in identifying fraud trends 
  • Respond to customer transaction verifications via email & telephone
  • Communicate with customers and internal employees
  • Utilize fraud monitoring tool
Requirements of the Fraud Analyst:
  • Experience working within Risk & Fraud in a Financial company
  • Solid understanding of bankcard products
  • Must have experience with Excel
  • Experience creating reports and telling stories with data
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
