Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst

Position Overview

This company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to join their Patient Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and patient journeys. They will set up and execute campaigns, including email, SMS, auto dialers, etc. to this company's patients.

Required Skills for Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst

  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification is preferred)
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS; ability to create and code
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud, SMS, and email campaigns
  • Proficient in data platforms, specifically CDPs, CRM, MDM, channel communication delivery tools, material delivery, campaign management strategy, and communication fulfillment platforms
  • Knowledgeable about B2C marketing automation and operations best practices
  • Experience working within an agile framework, enabling iterative campaign development and deployment
