IDR is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join one of our top clients. This is a HYBRID role and a 6-month W2 contract with an opportunity to extend or convert. If you are looking for marketing roles with large organizations, please apply today!

 

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Marketing Manager:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns for new store openings, fostering strong working relationships and alignment of goals.
  • Identify root causes of underperformance in stores/regions through data analysis, working closely with the Customer Analytics team, and implement targeted marketing tactics to address specific challenges and drive improved results.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to develop proactive marketing strategies that maintain market share and customer loyalty, leveraging data insights to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Foster innovation and internal collaboration by actively participating in strategy development sessions, encouraging idea-sharing, and contributing innovative marketing tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign effectiveness, and achieve a balance between planned and responsive marketing activities across various channels.
