Job Details

Responsibilities for the ATS Functional Lead:

  • Engage closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to grasp their requirements and optimize the Workday ATS module accordingly.
  • Customize and tailor Workday's recruiting features to align with the organization's specific needs.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of recruiting within Workday, including system configurations and improvements.
  • Employ Workday's recruiting features proficiently, requiring certification in Workday Recruiting or HCM and potentially Workday Partner certification.


Skills Required for the ATS Functional Lead:

  • Mandatory Workday Professional Certification (Recruiting or HCM), with a preference for Workday Partner Certification.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and maintaining the Workday Recruiting ATS module and associated business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in collaborating or partnering within the Talent Acquisition domain.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and configuring system functionalities.
  • Essential certification in Workday report writing, with a preference for advanced reporting proficiency (e.g., matrix reports, composite reports, calculated fields, etc.).
