Market Assistant CFO

This position is an onsite role in Gallatin, TN.

Position Overview for the Market Assistant CFO

  • Accountable for overseeing and safeguarding the facility’s investments according to prescribed protocols.
  • Supervise the Finance Department to ensure prompt and precise distribution of financial management reports, encompassing internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and budgets.
  • Create and uphold systems and controls to validate the reliability of all processes, data, and systems, thereby augmenting the company’s worth.
  • Compile reports that synthesize and predict company business activity and financial standing across income, expenses, and earnings, drawing from historical, current, and anticipated operations.

Required Skills for the Market Assistant CFO:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years for-profit hospital finance experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
  • CPA preferred
