About the Job:
The Digital Merchandising & Insights Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of apparel, footwear, accessories, goggles and helmets category on Amazon for a well known outdoor lifestyle brand. This role is responsible for creating and improving our digital product content on Amazon by providing consumers with the details and selling-points that will maximize online conversion for our brands, and contributing to a better understanding of Amazon AFA marketplace through insights and platform analysis.
The position will provide digital product and content management support for Amazon. The role will be directly responsible for copy-writing, product set-up, product knowledge, and provide recommendations on marketplace.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Merchandising, Marketing, or relevant experience
  •  2-3 years of experience working in merchandising, e-commerce or content management
  •  1-2 years of experience on the Amazon platform (vendor/seller central) 
  • 2-3 years of copy-writing and/or copy-editing experience for consumer products 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including understanding of utilizing VLOOKUPs and macros
  • Experience working in the optical or retail industry 
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment and consumer
  • Knowledge of marketplace management (Amazon)
